Job Description

Responsibilities:
– Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT implementation projects.
– Provide technical support for IT systems and applications, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and user training.
– Assist in the design and implementation of IT components.
– Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient IT operations.
– Document and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user manuals.

Requirements:
– Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in IT project management, implementation, or support roles.
– Technical skills: Strong understanding of IT components, networking concepts, and system administration.
– Project management skills: Ability to contribute to project planning, coordination, and execution.
– Problem-solving skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
– Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Customer service skills: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support.
– A lifelong learning mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies.

Additional advantages:
– Certification in IT, computing or related field. (from Professional bodies, and/or e-learning platform such as, Coursera, edX, Udemy and fame-meta.com etc.)
– Experience with specific IT technologies or software applications relevant to the company’s operations.
– Knowledge of IT security best practices.
– Communicate in Malay, English and Mandarin
